50th Anniversary Car Treasure Hunt

The event was very well supported by all age groups, and a fun afternoon was enjoyed by all. Eighteen cars set off at 5 minute intervals between 1.00pm and 2.30pm. On their return the participants enjoyed a "picnic" in the hall where tea/coffee/juice and wine were provided. A quiz for both adults and children followed, and the event closed with the award of prizes. Many thanks to Brian and Liz Carty for all their hard work, and to Chris White for taking photographs to post on our website. Most all a big thank you to everyone who supported the event, which raised £200. |
